HITTING 30 AND KIEL JAMES PATRICK

One day is not enough for someone hitting the big 3-0.

Yes, squeezing everything in within twenty-four hours seriously, is not enough time to celebrate good times.

I am definitely not throwing a party, no flaming cakes, balloons and paper hats this year but that doesn’t mean this year won’t be as memorable as last year.

Life is short, and I pretty much deserve a few simple things aside from my regular lemon drop martini.

Here’s my list – you guys know where to send them *wink* haha

OVERCAST WEEKENDS AND SOME EXTRA

White trainers, khaki cuffed shorts, my trusted white Lacoste pique shirt and my red windbreaker for a pop of sunshine.

Overcast weekends has now been elevated to a good thing and yes, with my dad in town for a few days, I have managed to stretch whatever allowance left I had in my pocket from my last.

Just like all teenagers, my parents still send me allowance for whatever weekly.

Hate me, I’m just as embarrassed as the girl behind me who accidentally locked herself in the loo a few minutes before work.

Despite the calculated efforts to retrain my brain, it's so hard to say no (talk about being a spoiled brat).

Play. Newton Faulkner’s “Gone in the morning” has been on repeat since Saturday. I just cant stop!

And yeah, quick trips to the bathroom are the only way to calm myself for even a moment.

CESARE PRANDELLI ON DOING SOMETHING RIGHT AND SPREZZATURA

Contrary to what a lot of people think, I have always been a die-hard La Furia Roja fan.

Moving forward, seeing Mario Balotelli weep in bitterness and in dispatching Italy 4-0 in the final of the European Championship, we (Spain) have now completed an unprecedented triple.

But hey, enough about the win and those quick passes that broke down Italy's defense.

(Cesare Prandelli is obviously doing something right)

Cesare Prandelli, team Italy's football coach has something other team coaches will never have (aside from Barcelona's manager, Pep Guardiola) - style, expressed in the form of his suits.

He wins for slim suits and spread collars which is rare among football bosses and yes, it is this sprezzatura that distinguishes him. He is obviously doing something right!
