KICKIN' IT LIKE IT'S 1950
I know, my mobile phone calendar says October and I am having a moment like it’s 1950 sporting sockless loafers, oxford shirts, tapered khakis and rep ties.

I am already itching to wear my dad’s old red rep tie from high school. Fly south, they may look like souvenirs from a vintage thrift shop, but in fact, rep and bow ties have received some lavish attention of late thanks to The Windmill Club.

Just in case you were wondering what to get me for Christmas: a couple of plaid shirts in red. I live in plaids and madras and they have always been filed under “must have”. Apparently, I need a dozen.
